Although my initial contact with Zenith Estate Agents was with their sales department I was impressed by the way Adam conducted my viewing. So when I purchased a Rental property in the area I went straight to them. It was the best decision I could have made. I have a full management service with Zenith. Adam is amazing. He is calm and methodical. Zenith, under Adam's leadership, actually care about the landlords and the tenants that they work. Making it so simple and stress free for both. I now use them to manage my portfolio of rentals. I will not recommended Zenith to you only to say if you want an agent that is proactive and goes above and beyond then this is the company for you. They take care of everything using modern technology with traditional values. Not using a 'onesize fits all' approach with their clients. That I believe is what makes the difference. We rented out our first rental property through Zenith. Adam is very professional and has a great amount of knowledge about local market and helped me save lots of money in the process. The renting process was very fast and smooth, the tenant moved in just over a week after we got key to the place! Later when plumbing issue occurred on Boxing Day, Adam dealt with it professionally and timely and provided me frequent updates.
